Exterior upgrades included the reconfiguration of parking and access to improve wayfinding, as well as the creation of an indoor and outdoor space with private balconies and site amenity areas.
Renovations to the interior and exterior common areas of the two buildings included entrances, lobbies and restrooms, adding a double-height space to better distribute lighting and enhance the entrance, as well as upgrading to drought-tolerant landscaping.
